Olivia provides an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy

Olivia sees individual adults as well as couples and families.  She has a special interest and experience in working with past traumas, abuse, addictions, eating disorders, body image concerns, self-harming behaviors, abandonment, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders, anxiety, traumatic loss and life transitions. 

Her other areas of concentration are marriage counseling, the challenges of parenting, sibling conflicts, infidelity, and conflict resolution skills.

Olivia also offers pre-marital counseling focusing on the transition into marriage, establishing effective communication skills, hearing/understanding partner perspective, assumptions made about partner's thoughts/experiences, and how the couple can approach challenges life may bring to their relationship
